Cancellation Policy

Titan Flightworks Booking & Cancellation Policy Effective Date: September 3, 2026 Titan Flightworks is committed to providing reliable, professional drone aviation services. The following booking policy establishes the rules for scheduling, cancellations, rescheduling, weather delays, and payments. 1. Booking & Scheduling * All services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. * A booking is considered confirmed once Titan Flightworks has received the required booking information and any applicable deposit or payment. * Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the project location, requested services, access requirements, and preferred date and time. * Certain locations may require additional planning, authorization, or airspace coordination. Projects requiring special authorization may be subject to additional fees and scheduling requirements. * Titan Flightworks reserves the right to decline or modify a booking if the requested operation cannot be conducted safely or legally. 2. Deposits & Payments * A 30% deposit may be required to secure a booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. * The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service unless different payment terms have been established. * Additional services, travel, extended flight time, or services outside the original scope may result in additional charges. * Any applicable Additional Aerial Coverage or extended flight time will be billed at the rate specified in the customer's service agreement or estimate. 3. Cancellation Policy Customers may cancel a booking subject to the following: *More than 48 hours before the scheduled service: Cancellation may be made without a cancellation fee. Any refundable deposit will be returned according to the payment terms of the booking. *24–48 hours before the scheduled service: A cancellation fee of 30% of the scheduled service price may apply. *Less than 24 hours before the scheduled service: A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price may apply. *Same-day cancellations or no-shows: The full scheduled service fee may be charged. *Titan Flighworks may cancel the booking for any reason up to one (1) hour before the booking that may include but is not limited to Conflict of Interest, Unworthy Flight Conditions, and Scheduling Conflicts. *For the entire Booking Policy, please request it from Titan Flightworks, TitanFlightworks@gmail.com.
