Business and Client Relationship
Titan Flightworks, LLC is committed to building professional, trustworthy, and mutually beneficial relationships with every client. We believe successful business relationships are built on clear communication, honesty, respect, accountability, and a shared understanding of expectations. We will make reasonable efforts to understand each client's objectives, communicate project requirements and limitations clearly, and provide services in a professional manner consistent with applicable laws, regulations, safety requirements, and industry standards.
Our relationship with each client is based on professionalism and mutual respect. Titan Flightworks will protect the confidentiality of client information, respect client property and interests, and perform agreed-upon services to the best of our ability while maintaining the independent judgment necessary to operate safely and lawfully. Clients may provide project objectives and service requirements; however, no client request, deadline, contract, or deliverable shall require Titan Flightworks or its authorized Remote Pilot in Command to violate applicable law, FAA regulations, safety requirements, manufacturer limitations, or insurance conditions. When circumstances prevent a service from being performed safely or lawfully, Titan Flightworks will communicate the issue with the client and work in good faith toward an appropriate alternative, rescheduling, modification, or cancellation.
